本隐私政策适用于由晋達電能（香港）有限公司（以下简称“我们”）开发与运营的移动端应用 LFP POWER HK（以下简称“本应用”）。
本应用为纯本地单机设备控制软件，核心功能为本地智能设备配对、连接与控制，默认无联网、无云端数据上传、无数据对外共享、无后台数据同步，所有权限获取与数据处理仅在用户设备本地完成，严格遵循 Google Play 数据安全规范、香港个人资料隐私条例及欧盟 GDPR 等通用隐私合规要求。
本政策旨在清晰告知用户本应用的权限申请范围、数据使用方式、数据存储规则及用户权利，保障用户的设备与数据隐私安全。
1. 本应用无需联网即可实现全部核心功能，不主动连接网络、不请求网络权限、不通过网络上传、同步、传输任何用户数据与设备数据。
2. 本应用所有获取的设备信息、权限数据仅在用户设备本地临时处理、本地存储，不会上传至云端服务器、不会共享给任何第三方机构、企业或个人。
3. 本应用未嵌入任何第三方统计SDK、广告SDK、追踪工具、数据分析插件，无任何用户行为追踪、数据采集与营销推送行为。
本应用仅为实现设备控制核心功能，向用户申请以下必要权限，所有权限均仅本地使用、无外网传输、无额外滥用，具体说明如下：
使用场景：用于扫描、识别、配对、连接周边智能机械设备，实现设备联动、状态读取、参数调控等核心控制功能。
数据处理规则：仅在用户主动开启蓝牙、主动使用设备连接功能时临时调用，蓝牙连接记录、设备识别信息仅临时留存于设备本地内存，关闭应用或断开设备连接后，临时数据自动失效，不会永久存储、不会对外传输。
使用场景：适配 Android 系统蓝牙扫描配对强制合规要求，用于辅助周边蓝牙机械设备扫描识别，保障设备配对连接的稳定性与准确性，仅服务于设备控制核心功能。
数据处理规则：本应用不会获取、记录、留存用户真实地理位置信息，仅响应系统权限校验需求，定位数据仅在设备本地临时校验使用，不存储、不上传、不共享，无任何位置追踪、位置数据分析行为。
本应用不申请通讯录、相机、麦克风、存储、短信、通话、网络等无关权限，无任何超额权限申请与隐私窃取行为。
1. 本地数据存储：本应用仅在设备本地临时缓存设备配对参数、设备运行状态等功能性数据，仅用于即时设备控制使用，无任何个人隐私数据（姓名、手机号、身份信息、账户信息等）采集与存储。
2. 数据自动清除：用户关闭应用后，大部分临时运行数据自动清除；用户卸载本应用后，设备内所有与本应用相关的缓存数据、配对记录将被完整删除，无残留数据留存。
3. 无云端数据：全程无数据上传云端，我们不持有、不备份、不管理用户的任何设备数据与使用数据。
1. 本应用不共享、不售卖、不租赁任何用户设备数据、功能使用数据给第三方。
2. 本应用无任何第三方合作服务、无第三方数据采集接口、无第三方内容嵌入，所有功能与数据处理均由我们独立完成。
3. 不涉及跨境数据传输，所有本地数据仅留存于用户终端设备。
1. 权限控制权：用户可随时在手机系统设置中开启/关闭蓝牙、定位权限，关闭权限后，本应用仅无法使用设备配对控制功能，不会影响设备其他隐私安全。
2. 数据知情权：用户可随时查看本应用的权限使用说明与隐私政策详情。
3. 数据删除权：用户可通过卸载应用，一键清除所有本地缓存数据。
本应用为工业设备控制工具，不面向未成年人提供服务，不会主动收集未成年人任何隐私信息，无未成年人专属数据采集行为，完全符合未成年人隐私保护相关合规要求。
我们保留根据功能迭代、平台合规规则更新本隐私政策的权利，政策更新后将通过应用内公告或应用详情页公示生效，无单独用户通知。持续使用本应用即视为认可更新后的隐私政策。

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application LFP POWER HK (hereinafter referred to as the "App") operated by Jinda Electric Energy (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our").
LFP POWER HK is a standalone offline device control application. All core functions are completed locally on the user’s device. The App does not require internet access, does not upload any data to the cloud, and does not share any user data with third parties. This policy complies with Google Play Data Safety requirements, Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, GDPR and other global privacy compliance standards.
1. No network connection is required for all core functions of the App. The App does not access the internet, no data upload, synchronization or remote transmission will be performed.
2. All permission data and device information processed by the App are only used and stored locally on your device.
3. The App contains no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising modules or user behavior tracking functions.
The App only applies for necessary permissions to realize mechanical device control functions. All permissions are used strictly for functional purposes without abuse.
Purpose: To scan, match, connect and control nearby intelligent mechanical devices, realize device connection, parameter adjustment and equipment status monitoring.
Data processing: Bluetooth device information is only temporarily used for local pairing and connection. No permanent local storage or remote transmission will be conducted. Temporary data will be cleared after disconnection or app exit.
Purpose: To meet the Android system compliance requirements for Bluetooth device scanning, assist in identifying nearby Bluetooth devices and ensure stable connection of mechanical equipment.
Data processing: The App will not collect, record or track your real geographic location. Location permission is only for system verification, no location data will be saved, uploaded or shared.
The App does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, storage, SMS, phone, network and other irrelevant permissions.
1. Local cache: The App only caches local device matching parameters and device running status for real-time control, and does not collect any personal sensitive information.
2. Automatic clearing: Temporary running data will be cleared after closing the App. All local data will be completely deleted after uninstalling the App.
3. No cloud storage: No data will be uploaded to any cloud server. We do not back up or store any user device data.
We do not sell, lease or share any user data, device data and usage records to any third-party individuals or institutions. The App has no third-party data transmission channels and no cross-border data transmission behavior.
1. Permission control: You may enable or disable Bluetooth and location permissions at any time in your device system settings.
2. Data right: You have the right to inquire and delete local cached data of the App.
3. Uninstall deletion: Uninstalling the App will permanently erase all related local data.
This App is an industrial equipment control tool, not oriented to minors. We will not collect any information from minors and fully comply with minor privacy protection regulations.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to adapt to function iteration and platform compliance rules. The updated policy will be displayed on the App details page and take effect immediately.
